David Joseph is no stranger to New York real estate. A native New Yorker, David approaches the market with an insider’s point of view. He capitalizes on having lived in New York City his entire life and uses his knowledge of the different neighborhoods to assist his clients. David comes from a family of real estate investors and has been learning about the business from an early age.

Prior to joining CORE, David worked as a Vocational Counselor for FedCap Rehabilitation Services, a non-profit company which empowers people with barriers to move towards economic independence as valued members of the workforce. As Vocational Instructor, David worked closely with clients on both an individual and a group basis, engaging them on a very personal level. David brings these valuable communication skills to CORE, where he believes that a successful broker best assists his clients by getting to know them and making them feel comfortable.

David graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in psychology and plans to attend law school in the near future to learn the complex laws of New York City real estate. He is a part-time tutor and teaches at SAT review centers including the Princeton Review and Ivy Insiders. In his spare time, David enjoys traveling around the world and playing tennis. David currently resides in Sutton Place, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
