Joaquin Parral is Senior Designer at CORE, where he is responsible for overseeing and executing the production of nearly all of CORE’s marketing materials.

Joaquin provides CORE agents with the sleek, sophisticated marketing collateral that helps distinguish both our agents and our properties in New York City’s competitive real estate marketplace. He also oversees the production of the firm’s in-house publications, including the monthly Real Time Report and CORE Resource, our quarterly newsletter.

Joaquin comes to CORE from the advertising industry, where he began his career as a Studio Production Artist and worked his way up to Art Director. His graphic design talents and production and printing experience, along with a sharp eye for image, color and composition help ensure that CORE’s marketing materials are both beautifully and quickly produced.

Joaquin earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Originally from San Diego, Joaquin resides in Brooklyn and plays a mean bass.
