Kate Davis Campbell joins CORE Group Marketing from a top selling real estate marketing and sales brokerage in Manhattan. The wealth of her experience prior to real estate has been in the entertainment industry which has translated seamlessly into real estate marketing and sales. Kate believes that the key to successful partnerships is maintaining a level of comfort, honesty and understanding that creates a bond mutually productive and dynamic.  Her interpersonal skills have won her praise in the real estate community because she makes her working environment friendly and laidback while at the same time efficient, organized and insightful.

Being raised in a family of artists and art appraisers has cultivated a sense of design, structure and balance that lends itself intuitively to the marketing aspect of CORE Group’s all encompassing, full service sales and marketing strategy. A born problem solver and creative person, Kate prides herself on not only knowing what people want, but helping them achieve their goals within whatever parameters have been set.

Kate hails from South Carolina and at 15 set off to travel Europe and the U.S. performing and studying. She holds a B.A. in History and Theatre Performance from Ohio Wesleyan University and is a proud alumna of the Moscow Art Theatre School. Kate loves to read, continues to travel as much as possible, and on occasion still performs on stage and in film.
