Emily Beare is a specialist in on-site new development marketing and sales. She joined CORE Group Marketing after working with another top Manhattan brokerage, with over $200 million in sales to date. Always affable and professional, Emily has developed friendships with many of her clients, as well as countless others in the brokerage community who request specifically to work with her on the new development properties she represents.

Most recently, as Director of Sales, Emily single-handedly sold out the new construction development, 520 West Chelsea, before closings on the building commenced. Emily has also been brought in as a consultant for additional CORE properties to impart her expertise in marketing and sales. These qualities make her an indispensable member of the CORE team.

Emily also works closely with her son, David Beare, who has established CORE’s commercial division, offering full representation for both tenants and owners. Emily and David work to identify and secure acquisitions for development, establishing direct contact with the seller and negotiating purchases.

Once property has been acquired, CORE can refer an array of industry professionals including, attorneys, developers, architects, public relations, and creative partners to provide the highest quality and most successful marketing for the property. From acquisition, through conception, to project completion, Emily and David ensure that CORE is a one-stop-shop for development. Clients include noted restaurateurs, developers, architects, and designers.
