For Jennifer Ireland, real estate principals are in the blood. Ireland Companies, run by her father and two brothers, has developed more than 100 commercial, industrial, residential, resort and recreational projects in 11 states exceeding 5,000,000 square feet and has been in business for 45 years. This environment created Jennifer’s passion for the real estate development and sales process. Jennifer works closely with the Core team and developers devising sales and marketing strategies to create maximum value and sales. In addition, her extensive knowledge of Manhattan’s neighborhoods help her assist clients in finding the perfect location to fit their lifestyle needs.

Jennifer spent many of her summer vacations working on various Ireland Company projects primarily in the hotel and residential areas. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Jennifer worked in the luxury fashion houses of Diane von Furstenberg and Catherine Malandrino. She managed sales and marketing for their high end partners, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Barneys. She then decided to return to the real estate industry in her current home, New York City.

Jennifer is a high energy, charismatic and resourceful individual who sets high goals and achieves them. This motivation is apparent in all aspects of her life. After surviving an accident with a broken neck, she fulfilled a promise to her doctor and in October 2005, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. She raised $55,000 for The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, an organization instrumental in teaching her to walk after the accident. Today, nothing slows Jennifer down. She spends her free time cooking, hiking, studying architecture and history and traveling extensively.
