The Candle Building’s intricate façade has undergone extensive restoration by the city’s most discerning artisans. Its period ironwork and decorative details harken back to a different New York– a city of carriages, cobblestones, and craftsmanship.

The Candle Building’s three remarkable residences, The Carriage House, The Loft, and The Penthouse, were created by visionary architect Edward Asfour.
