Steve Ganz, a founding member of CORE, has had roughly 800 million worth of sales under his belt over the course of the last 10 years. Before joining CORE, he had a seven-year run as part of the top downtown team for the largest real estate brokerage in Manhattan. Steve Ganz is seasoned, to say the least. He intelligently guides sellers and buyers through the sales and purchase process, with comprehensive market knowledge, a sixth sense for where properties will trade, and strong negotiating acumen. Steve is also is highly involved in new developments, from the onset helping to mold the projects on which he works into uniquely conceptualized and branded entities, adding tremendous value and salability in the process.

Prior to his career in real estate, Steve was a professional saxophonist, placing high in the 1995 Thelonius Monk competition; he was also the youngest faculty member in the New School Jazz program at 24. Steve has a degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, having won the book award for 3rd level organic chemistry in 1990.

Steve lives with his wife and two sons in downtown Manhattan. His wife, Ashley, runs their successful luxury international travel company, Artisans of Leisure.
